The South View Country House Sleeps up to 12 guests and is situated in the Centre of England, just 3 miles from Henley in Arden and 7 miles from Stratford upon Avon.
Within easy reach of Warwick, & Leamington Spa. All great towns for tourist activities and nightlife. Easy access to the M40, M42, M5 & M6 Motorway Networks & Rail Links.

This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom Farmhouse is in the most amazing setting with incredible far reaching views. From every window there is a different view. The rear patio has a Southerly View and is an amazing suntrap. The Sunsets are spectacular.

The setting is incredibly private and whilst it feels totally rural you have 2 excellent pubs and a village shop just a mile away and the beautiful historic town of Henley in Arden just 3 miles away with many great pubs and restaurants including the celebrity chef owned restaurant – The Mount.

Stratford upon Avon and Warwick are also nearby with all the amazing William Shakespeare Tourist Sites and Warwick Castle. Both Stratford and Warwick have an abundance of excellent pubs and restaurants.

The house has the benefit of a downstairs Superking (or 2 singles) bedroom and a downstairs shower room.

There is a superb lounge dining room with 65″ Smart TV and soundbar so you can watch Netflix, Amazon, iPlayer, Spotify etc.

The WiFi is state of the art Full Fibre running at an astonishing 500 MBPS so you can download and stream to your hearts content to as many devices as you choose.

Seating for 12 and the dining table also seats 12 so everybody can dine together.

The kitchen consists of an American Fridge Freezer with water and ice dispenser, a dishwasher and induction oven.

There is a very large conservatory with beer fridge, wine fridge, seating and table & chairs.

The rear patio with its incredible views also have a seating area, garden table and chairs for 12 for outdoor dining and an amazing Brand New HOT TUB.

Depending on the time of year and the time you rise there is incredible wildlife to see – Owls, deer, rabbits, birds of prey, flocks of geese, pheasants, grouse, doves and an amazing selection of garden birds.

Private electric gates give total privacy and an incredible venue.
