Lilac Cottage with Private Hot Tub is a beautiful Oak beamed cottage with parts of the cottage dating back to the 1700’s. Lilac Cottage is in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon in the beautiful historic village of Aston Cantlow.

The cottage will sleep 2 to 6 guests, it is located in Aston Cantlow, 6 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon town, 5 Miles from Henley in Arden, with easy access to the local villages of Wilmcote and Wootton Wawen. It is a delightful character cottage with origonal oak beams inside and out with lots of lovely character. Previously this beautiful cottage was 2 seperate farm workers cottages but has since been reconfigured and extended to create a lovely 4 Bedroom, 2 batroom, 3 reception room cottage. There is an attractive garden and patio area that has a brand new large HOT TUB.

This pretty cottage is located in the quiet village of Aston Cantlow. As you enter the cottage, there is a lovely cosy snug, which leads through to the dining room with a table that seats 6 guests. This dining room has doors opening onto the rear terrace and garden. The lounge area has seating for 6 and a large 65″ Smart TV where you can watch all of the usual channels plus Netflix, Prime, i Player, You Tube etc (you need your own account logins to access the paid services). The kitchen has an extensive range of units with large fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, Washing machine & tumble dryer.

In this charming cottage you enter the upstairs via a traditional cottage staircase leading you to the bedrooms.  Bedroom one the master bedroom has a Super King bed, a smart TV. an en suite shower room with rainfall shower. Bedroom two has a Super King bed, Bedroom 3 and 4 both have 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have traditional features and beams and plenty of character.
The country setting is a couple of minute walk from 2 lovely pubs, one of which serves excellent food 7 days a week. A short drive away there are more pubs and restaurants, plus there are several country walks from the cottage. The location is close to Stratford upon Avon, Henlein in Arden and plenty of other local villages. There are many other local attractions, including all of the William Shakespeare Tourist attractions, the beautiful river where you can hire a boat and also Stratford-upon-Avon Racecourse.
